The crankshaft of the compressor is prone to fatigue wear at the neck and bend due to reciprocating force, and traditional welding repair is prone to cracking. Daokedao adopts Co based alloy cladding material, with an impact toughness of ≥ 20J/cm ² and a fatigue life of 1 × 10 ⁶ times. It has passed the API 618 compressor standard certification. Adopting segmented preheating+pulse cladding process, residual stress is controlled below 60MPa, dimensional tolerance of the repaired shaft neck is ± 0.015mm, and roundness error is ≤ 0.006mm. The equipment is equipped with crankshaft special support fixtures to avoid bending deformation. The repair cycle for the crankshaft of the Φ 120mm compressor is 12 hours. After application, the displacement of the compressor has been restored to 98% of the new equipment, and the service life has reached 90% of the new crankshaft. It is suitable for maintenance of air and refrigeration compressors.
