The impeller of the water pump shaft is easily damaged by water flow cavitation, resulting in a decrease in pump efficiency and an increase in noise. Daokedao adopts stainless steel+silicon carbide composite cladding technology, and the coating's anti cavitation performance meets the first level standard of GB/T 15469.2, with a hardness of HRC60-63 and a 2.5-fold increase in wear resistance. Five axis linkage melting is adopted for the impeller surface to ensure uniform coating thickness, and the dynamic balance accuracy of the impeller after repair reaches G2.5 level. The equipment can operate on-site at the water pump station. After repairing the Φ 100mm water pump shaft, the efficiency has increased from 75% to 92%, and the noise has been reduced by 10dB. After application, the service life of the water pump has been extended from 18 months to 50 months, suitable for industrial water supply, agricultural irrigation and other water pump operation and maintenance scenarios.
