The lip of the plastic blown film machine mold controls the thickness of the film. Traditional grinding and repair methods can easily cause deformation of the lip, increase the deviation of the film thickness (over ± 0.02mm), and cannot repair small scratches, resulting in holes in the film and a shortened service life of the mold.
