The exhaust groove of the rubber mold is prone to blockage due to the accumulation of rubber sulfides, resulting in defects such as bubbles and material shortages in the product. Daokedao adopts micro melting technology to melt wear-resistant and anti stick coatings on the inner wall of the exhaust groove, with a coating hardness of HRC60, surface roughness of Ra0.1 μ m, and a reduction of 80% in sulfide accumulation. By using ultra-fine light spots (0.08mm) to accurately repair exhaust grooves as narrow as 0.1mm, ensuring smooth exhaust and reducing the bubble rate of the product from 10% to 1.2%. The equipment is equipped with a high magnification visual monitoring system to avoid blockage of the exhaust duct by the cladding material. Eight sets of process parameters are pre-set for rubber molds such as O-rings and seals. The repair time for a single set of rubber molds shall not exceed 6 hours, and the cleaning frequency after repair shall be reduced from 3 times per shift to 1 time per shift, suitable for mass production in rubber product factories.
