The seeding shaft of agricultural seeders requires precise control of seed displacement. The traditional quenched seeding shaft has low hardness (HRC48-52) and is easily worn by sediment, resulting in uneven seeding and a decrease in seeding qualification rate. The Daokedao laser cladding equipment melts wear-resistant and impact resistant coatings on the surface of the seeding shaft, with a hardness of HRC60-63 and wear resistance three times that of traditional quenching.
