The shaft of deep-sea exploration equipment is subjected to high pressure (10MPa) and high salt corrosion environment for a long time. Traditional coatings fail within 3-6 months, and the corrosion and wear of the shaft body lead to equipment failure. Daokedao adopts the composite fusion technology of "ceramic base+precious metal surface coating", with the bottom layer of Al ₂ O Ⅲ ceramic enhancing wear resistance and the surface layer of Hastelloy alloy improving corrosion resistance. The total thickness of the coating is 0.8mm, and there is no corrosion after 15000 hours of salt spray testing. The compressive strength reaches 800MPa. For the exploration axis with a diameter of 120mm, the coating is ensured to be uniform through five axis linkage fusion, with a journal roundness error of ≤ 0.005mm and a matching accuracy of IT5 level. After reinforcement, the equipment operated continuously for 6 months at a depth of 3000 meters, with a shaft wear of only 0.02mm, which is 5 times longer than the traditional solution. After being applied by a certain marine engineering enterprise, the equipment maintenance cycle has been extended from 3 months to 18 months, reducing the cost of single offshore exploration by 40%, avoiding millions of exploration losses caused by shaft failures, and adapting to extreme scenarios such as deep-sea sampling and oil and gas exploration.
