When the construction machinery is working in the infrastructure construction site, it is necessary to frequently carry out heavy load braking. The brake disc bears large load and has fast wear speed, which is easy to cause surface wear, heat crack, brake failure and other problems. Traditional brake discs are difficult to meet the heavy load braking requirements of engineering machinery.

The Dow Laser Cladding Equipment adopts high-strength wear-resistant and heat-resistant alloy powder for heavy load working conditions to form a high-performance coating on the surface of the brake disc. The coating hardness is over HRC65 and the compressive strength is over 1500MPa, which can effectively resist the friction and impact caused by heavy load braking.
