Automotive fuel pump cover housings protect internal fuel pumps and sensors, requiring good sealing, fuel resistance, and high temperature resistance, operating under high pressure (up to 7 bar) and temperature (up to 130°C). Traditional mechanical fastening may loosen due to vibration, leading to fuel leakage, while adhesive bonding degrades under fuel exposure. DaokeDao laser welding is suitable for fuel-resistant PP and PA materials, forming a hermetic weld with leakage rate ≤0.01ml/min, completely blocking fuel leakage. The weld has excellent chemical resistance, withstanding long-term fuel and oil erosion, and the heat-affected zone ≤0.3mm, avoiding damage to internal components. The equipment supports automated production, with full parameter monitoring and traceability, complying with automotive emission and safety standards, cycle time 10-13 seconds per unit, helping automakers improve fuel system reliability and reduce environmental pollution.
