The structure of the annular sealing surface inside the valve seat is complex, and traditional welding and spray welding processes are difficult to ensure processing quality due to poor accessibility of the welding gun. Daokedao laser cladding technology uses flexible fiber optic transmission laser, combined with a dedicated inner cavity cladding head, to easily achieve high-quality processing of the annular sealing surface of the valve seat inner cavity. The minimum diameter of the cladding head is 50mm, and it can perform all-round cladding on the inner cavity surface within a depth of 300mm. By accurately controlling the melting trajectory through robots, the thickness of the melting layer at each position of the sealing surface is ensured to be uniform and consistent, with an error of no more than ± 0.1mm. This technology solves the traditional processing problems of sealing surfaces in valve seat cavities such as globe valves and safety valves, and improves the quality and service life of the sealing surface.
