The present invention provides a method for preparing high wear-resistant ball valves based on high-speed laser cladding technology. Firstly, a 0.2mm thick Ni-Cr-B-Si transition layer is melted onto the surface of the ball valve substrate; Then, a WC/Co high hardness alloy layer with a thickness of 1.0-1.5mm is precisely deposited on the transition layer, with a WC content of 50% -60% and a particle size of 15-45 μ m; Finally, a wide spot laser was used to scan and remelt the functional layer, improving the surface roughness from Ra12.5 μ m to Ra3.2 μ m. This technology solves the problems of preheating (300-400 ℃) and easy cracking in traditional laser cladding of high wear-resistant alloy layers. A high-quality cladding layer without cracks can be obtained at room temperature, with a hardness of HRC65 or above, which increases the service life of ball valves in media containing solid particles by 5-8 times.
