Due to frequent reciprocating motion and high temperature effects, the core pulling mechanism of die-casting molds is prone to problems such as guide rod wear and core pulling block jamming, resulting in mold failure and shutdown. Daokedao adopts Ni Cu alloy cladding technology, with a surface hardness of HRC55 on the guide rod, a 2.5-fold increase in wear resistance, a matching surface roughness of Ra0.1 μ m, and a 35% reduction in core pulling resistance. Precision melting was applied to the worn parts of the core pulling block, and after repair, the movement accuracy of the core pulling mechanism reached ± 0.02mm, reducing the jamming failure rate from 15% to 2%. The equipment is equipped with specialized tooling for core pulling mechanisms, which can be quickly disassembled and repaired. The repair time for a single set of core pulling mechanisms does not exceed 6 hours. After repair, the downtime and maintenance time of the die-casting mold were reduced by 80%, and the production efficiency was increased by 20%, making it suitable for complex automotive parts die-casting production.
