Daokedao has established a standardized process for laser cladding repair of shaft parts. The pre-treatment stage includes steps such as chemical degreasing of the workpiece surface, sandblasting for rust removal, and anhydrous ethanol cleaning to ensure that the area to be repaired is clean and free of pollution. During the quality inspection stage, non-destructive testing methods such as magnetic particle inspection and X-ray inspection are used to comprehensively inspect the cleaned surface and accurately locate all defect areas. During the laser cladding stage, special alloy powders with independent intellectual property rights are used to complete the cladding without preheating. The substrate temperature is controlled below 120 ℃ throughout the entire process, effectively avoiding thermal deformation. The highest hardness of the cladding layer can reach HRC63. The subsequent processing stage includes precision grinding and necessary surface strengthening treatment in the laser cladding area. The final quality inspection adopts the same testing standards as the pre-treatment stage, and can only be accepted after confirming that there are no various defects on the surface of the parts. This standardized process ensures that the repaired shaft parts meet or exceed the new part standards in terms of geometric accuracy, mechanical performance, and service life.
