The motor shaft journal and bearing fit are prone to wear and scoring during prolonged operation. Traditional repair welding processes often lead to shaft deformation, resulting in a 40% scrap rate. Daoke Dao's automated laser cladding equipment uses 42CrMo chromium-molybdenum steel powder to perform precision cladding on worn journals. With specialized shaft-centered fixtures and closed-loop laser power control, the cladding layer thickness error is ≤0.02mm, with hardness HRC40-45, and dimensional accuracy restored to IT6 grade. A case study from a motor repair shop showed that repairing a 100kW motor shaft cost only 3,000 yuan and took 4 hours. Post-repair vibration values were ≤2.8mm/s, meeting national standards. The equipment's deformation control technology achieved a 99% repair qualification rate.
