The turbine disk of a flue gas turbine is prone to deep grooves, corrosion holes, and thermal fatigue cracks on the surface and side walls under high-temperature and high-pressure gas erosion. Using a 6kW disc laser from Daokedao and self-developed high-temperature oxidation resistant alloy powder, the grooves on the turbine disc and side walls are first filled and repaired, and then the entire working surface of the disc is strengthened in all directions using laser cladding technology. This process does not require bottom layer or preheating, and utilizes the rapid melting and solidification characteristics of laser to directly obtain a high hardness alloy layer with a thickness of 1.5-2.0mm on the surface of the disc, with a hardness of HRC48-52. The residual unbalance of the repaired turbine disk after dynamic balance testing is less than 1g · cm, and the high-temperature endurance performance test reaches over 95% of the new part standard, extending the service life by 2-3 maintenance cycles.
