Daokedao laser quenching technology uses a 2.0-3.5kW semiconductor laser to selectively strengthen the gear tooth surface. This technology has precise and controllable heat input, and the overall temperature rise of the gear does not exceed 80 ℃, completely avoiding deformation problems caused by traditional heat treatment, and maintaining gear accuracy and tooth surface roughness without damage. The hardness of the tooth surface after laser quenching can be accurately controlled within the specified range of HRC35-45; The depth of the hardened layer is 0.4-0.6mm, and the uniformity error of the layer depth does not exceed ± 0.05mm; the quenching scanning speed is adaptively adjusted to 10-50mm/s according to the tooth profile curve. The Daokedao CNC system can intelligently adjust process parameters in sections and zones according to the different service requirements of gear tooth surface, tooth root, and tooth tip, and obtain the corresponding laser hardening layer distribution. This technology does not require tempering treatment after quenching, has high production efficiency, and forms a favorable compressive stress state on the tooth surface, greatly improving the gear's resistance to pitting corrosion and micro motion wear.
