The inner walls of chemical reactors are in long-term contact with strong acid and alkali media, making them prone to local corrosion and perforation. Traditional lining repair is time-consuming and costly. With Laser Cladding technology at its core, Daokedao Laser Cladding Equipment can clad super corrosion-resistant materials such as Hastelloy C276 and nickel-based alloy 625 on the inner wall of carbon steel reactors. The equipment is equipped with a dedicated cladding robotic arm for inner walls, enabling continuous cladding of the entire inner wall of reactors with a diameter of 1-5 meters. The uniformity error of the cladding layer thickness is < 3%, and its corrosion resistance is more than 10 times that of 304 stainless steel. After application by a chemical enterprise, the service life of the reactor was extended from 2 years to 8 years, saving 3 million yuan in annual maintenance costs and avoiding production accidents caused by corrosion leakage.
