Automotive parking sensors (reverse radars) are distributed around the vehicle body, responsible for detecting obstacle distance and assisting safe parking, requiring small size, stable signal and reliable sealing, adapting to road vibration, dust and rainwater erosion. Traditional ultrasonic welding affects internal ultrasonic sensing elements, leading to unstable detection distance and false alarms, while adhesive bonding has poor aging resistance and low production efficiency. DaokeDao laser welding adopts a non-contact low-heat process, with zero vibration interference to internal sensing components, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of sensor detection distance (error ≤±1cm).
