EV charging port flaps protect the charging port from dust, moisture, and external damage, requiring good sealing, weather resistance, and easy operation, ensuring safe charging. Traditional mechanical hinges have gaps, leading to moisture and dust intrusion, while adhesive bonding has poor durability. DaokeDao laser welding provides a reliable sealing solution for PC and ABS flap materials, achieving IP67 protection grade, blocking rainwater, dust, and snow intrusion. The weld has high strength, resisting wind pressure and vibration without loosening, and excellent weather resistance, adapting to UV exposure and temperature changes (-40°C to 85°C) without aging. The non-contact process does not damage the flap surface, ensuring smooth opening and closing. The equipment supports curved surface welding, adapting to different charging port designs, cycle time 8-11 seconds per unit, suitable for mass production of EV manufacturers, improving charging port protection and safety.
