Construction machinery pin shafts are prone to surface spalling and dimensional over-limit due to frequent rotation and impact. Traditional replacement of new parts is costly and time-consuming. Daokedao Laser Cladding equipment can repair pin shafts on-site. Using independently developed wear-resistant alloy powder, the cladding layer forms a metallurgical bond with the matrix, with an impact toughness of 15J/cm². The equipment has a compact structure and can be mounted on a mobile platform to adapt to complex construction site environments.
