Daokedao Laser Cladding equipment adopts fiber laser technology with stable laser energy density (±5%), enabling precise cladding of high-temperature alloy layers on blade surfaces. The cladding layer has uniform composition and no element segregation, meeting aviation-grade quality standards. Equipped with a 5-axis linkage system, the equipment can adapt to blades with complex curved surfaces, with a minimum cladding layer thickness of 0.1mm. After repair, the dimensional accuracy error of blades is controlled within ±0.02mm.
