Stainless steel tanks in the chemical and food industries are prone to medium corrosion. Traditional coatings are easy to fall off, with limited anti-corrosion effects. Daokedao Laser Cladding equipment can clad corrosion-resistant materials such as titanium alloy and Hastelloy on the surface of stainless steel tanks. The cladding layer has a uniform thickness (0.3-2mm), improving acid and alkali corrosion resistance by 10 times and complying with food-grade hygiene standards. The equipment adopts annular spot cladding technology, enabling continuous cladding of the tank's circumferential surface with a cladding efficiency of 500cm²/h.
