The plunger rod is subjected to long-term friction and medium corrosion in hydraulic systems, and its surface is prone to wear and corrosion pits. The Daokedao laser cladding equipment adopts ultra high speed laser cladding technology to prepare nickel based tungsten carbide composite coating on the surface of the plunger rod. The coating has a hardness of HRC58-62 and a salt spray corrosion resistance of over 500 hours. Through a multi axis linkage CNC system, the complex surface of the plunger rod is uniformly melted, with a melting efficiency of 0.3-0.6m ²/h, and the substrate temperature is always controlled below 150 ℃, effectively avoiding workpiece deformation and ensuring a product qualification rate of ≥ 98%.
