Mold cavities are prone to surface depressions and scratches due to the erosion of injection materials and temperature changes, affecting product molding quality. Daokedao Laser Cladding equipment is equipped with a high-precision CCD positioning system, which can accurately identify cavity defects with a positioning error of less than 0.01mm. Using ultra-fine alloy powder (particle size 5-50μm), the cladding layer has a flat surface and can meet the cavity surface precision requirement (Ra 0.8μm) without secondary polishing. The equipment supports 3D cladding of complex cavities, restoring the original curved contour of the cavity.
