Daokedao Laser Cladding: High-Temperature Resistance for African Metal Foundries

African metal foundries process high-temperature parts (e.g., furnace liners, casting molds) that wear fast under 1200℃ heat. Daokedao’s laser cladding equipment creates high-temperature-resistant coatings.

It uses molybdenum-based alloy powder to form a coating that withstands up to 1600℃. A South African foundry used it to coat 30 furnace liners: the liners’ service life extended from 2 months to 8 months, reducing replacement costs by 70%.

The equipment also has a heat dissipation system that works in 45℃ high temperatures (common in African foundries), ensuring stable operation. For African foundries dealing with extreme heat, this equipment boosts durability.
