The screw of the high-pressure injection molding machine (3000bar) is subjected to extreme pressure, and fatigue cracks are prone to occur at the root of the screw edge, leading to the risk of screw fracture. Traditional screws have a lifespan of only 3-4 months. Daokedao adopts the "root strengthening+integral fusion" process, and the root of the screw edge adopts rounded corner transition fusion, reducing stress concentration by 60%. The overall use of high-strength H13 alloy powder, coating hardness HRC60-63, compressive strength up to 1200MPa. For the Φ 80mm high-pressure screw, the thickness of the cladding layer is 1.5mm, the straightness error of the screw edge is ≤ 0.01mm/m, and the clearance between the screw and the barrel is stable at 0.1-0.15mm. After repair, the screw can withstand an overload pressure test of 3500bar, and the service life is extended to 12-15 months. After application in a precision plastic parts factory, the molding density of high-pressure injection molded products increased by 5%, the dimensional tolerance was reduced from ± 0.05mm to ± 0.02mm, and the pass rate increased from 92% to 99.6%, avoiding downtime losses of 200000 yuan/time caused by screw breakage. The equipment is equipped with a high-voltage working condition simulation detection module to ensure that the screw performance meets the standard after repair.
