It coats tool edges with tungsten carbide, restoring sharpness and extending tool life by 4 times. A Warsaw metal shop tested it: repairing 200 milling cutters cut tool costs by 65% and reduced defect rates from 8% to 1%.

The equipment’s small size (1.5m×1m) fits in small workshops, and its low power consumption (3kW) saves electricity. For Polish small-to-medium shops, this equipment is affordable and practical.
