Daokedao Laser Cladding: Anti-Stick Coating for Dutch Bakery Equipment

Dutch bakeries need anti-stick coatings for equipment (e.g., dough mixers, ovens) to avoid dough sticking. Daokedao’s laser cladding equipment delivers this coating.

Its PTFE-based composite coating has a friction coefficient of 0.05—half the industry average. A Amsterdam bakery used it to coat 10 mixers: dough sticking reduced by 90%, cleaning time cut by 50%, and bakery output increased by 15%.

The coating is heat-resistant (up to 260℃) and food-safe (EU Regulation 10/2011 compliant). For Dutch bakeries aiming to streamline production, this anti-stick solution works.
