Malaysian telecoms need to protect electrical enclosures from humidity and corrosion (due to tropical weather). Daokedao’s laser cladding equipment offers reliable protection.

Its zinc-aluminum alloy coating resists humidity (95% RH) and salt spray, with a corrosion resistance of 1000 hours (ASTM B117 standard). A Kuala Lumpur telecom used it to coat 500 enclosures: after 2 years, no rust or electrical failures were found.

The equipment’s fast coating speed (1m²/hour) allows mass processing of enclosures. For Malaysian telecoms maintaining network stability, this coating ensures equipment durability.
