Low Residual Stress Welding Improves Product Service Life

Traditional welding will produce large residual internal stress inside the manifold welding seam and structural parts. Under long-term temperature cycle and hydraulic impact, residual stress will gradually release, causing welding seam cracking, structural deformation and product failure, shortening the service life of liquid cooling manifolds. DKD laser welding features fast heating and fast cooling, with concentrated and uniform heat distribution. It will not produce excessive residual stress inside the workpiece, and the welded manifold structure is stable without subsequent stress relief treatment. The stable internal structure enables the manifold to resist long-term fatigue impact in complex working environments, effectively extending the service life of cooling components. For end customers, it reduces equipment maintenance frequency and replacement cost; for manifold manufacturers, it improves product quality reputation and market competitiveness.
