After the wear of the machine tool spindle taper hole, traditional repair requires grinding processing, which will reduce the spindle accuracy. After repair, the spindle runout error often exceeds 0.005mm. Daokedao uses ceramic composite cladding technology to fuse a 0.15mm thick coating on the surface of the taper hole. After repair, the taper hole accuracy reaches ISO 40 level, and the runout error is less than 0.002mm, which is better than the new spindle standard.
