The welding seams formed by traditional welding processes are rough and uneven, with a lot of welding spatter and oxidation layers, requiring manual polishing, grinding and cleaning, which consumes a lot of labor and time costs. DKD laser welding forms smooth and flat welding seams with uniform width and no spatter, bulge and obvious oxidation marks. The surface roughness of the weld fully meets the assembly and use standards of liquid cooling manifolds. Most products do not need manual polishing and grinding after welding, only simple cleaning and drying are required to complete finished product processing. This greatly reduces the workload of secondary processing, saves labor costs and processing time, improves the overall production efficiency of the production line, and avoids product size deviation caused by excessive polishing.
