Surgical forceps tips are used for tissue handling and suturing, requiring high precision, sterility, and corrosion resistance, adapting to surgical handling and autoclave sterilization. Traditional mechanical assembly has poor alignment, leading to tissue damage, while ultrasonic welding affects tip precision. DaokeDao laser welding realizes firm connection of forceps tips and handles, suitable for medical-grade PC and ABS materials, forming a high-strength weld (tensile strength ≥26MPa) that withstands surgical force without loosening. The non-contact process generates no particles, ensuring sterility, and the weld can withstand 134°C high-pressure steam sterilization, no deformation or yellowing. The equipment supports miniaturized precision welding, cycle time 8-10 seconds per unit, suitable for small-batch production of surgical instrument manufacturers, improving surgical safety and forceps usability.
