Blood collection tube caps ensure blood sample sterility and stability, requiring high sealing, moisture resistance, and puncture resistance, adapting to clinical blood collection and transportation. Traditional rubber caps have poor sealing, easy air entry, leading to sample degradation, while mechanical capping has gaps. DaokeDao laser welding provides a high-reliability sealing solution for medical-grade rubber and PP cap materials, forming a dense, hermetic weld, with leakage rate ≤0.001ml/min, ensuring sample integrity. The weld has good puncture resistance, no cracking during needle puncture, and excellent chemical resistance, adapting to blood and anticoagulant erosion. The process is sterile and particle-free, complying with clinical blood testing standards, directly entering ethylene oxide sterilization after welding. The equipment supports high-volume production, cycle time 6-8 seconds per unit, production capacity 150 pieces per hour, helping blood testing consumable manufacturers improve sample quality.
