Automotive engine air filter housings protect internal filter elements, requiring good sealing, air permeability, and durability, ensuring clean air intake and engine performance. Traditional mechanical fastening has gaps, leading to unfiltered air intake, while adhesive bonding has poor durability. DaokeDao laser welding is suitable for PP and ABS materials, forming a hermetic weld with air leakage rate ≤0.05m³/h, ensuring only filtered air enters the engine. The weld has high strength, resisting engine vibration without loosening, and the housing structure remains intact, ensuring good air permeability. The equipment supports large-size housing welding, cycle time 9-12 seconds per unit, suitable for mass production of engine component suppliers, improving engine efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
