Special vehicles (fire engines, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles) need to achieve fast and efficient braking under complex road conditions. Based on the braking frequency and load characteristics of the vehicle, special wear-resistant and heat-resistant alloy powder is mixed to form a high performance coating through precise cladding technology.
The coating hardness is above HRC66, the thermal stability is excellent, the service life of the brake disc is extended 3-5 times, and the brake response speed is increased by 10% - 15%. The treated brake disc can still maintain stable performance under emergency braking and continuous braking conditions, providing core guarantee for operation safety of special vehicles.
