Automotive steering column locks prevent theft, requiring high strength, reliable locking performance, and anti-vibration performance, ensuring steering column security. Traditional mechanical assembly has weak points, while ultrasonic welding may cause internal locking mechanism deformation, leading to locking failure. DaokeDao laser welding realizes seamless sealing of lock housings, suitable for ABS and PA materials, forming a high-strength weld (tensile strength ≥23MPa) that withstands theft attempts without breaking. The non-contact process generates no vibration, avoiding damage to internal locking mechanisms, ensuring reliable locking and unlocking. The weld meets IP65 protection grade, blocking dust and debris, and has a smooth surface, matching the interior style. The equipment supports automated production, cycle time 8-11 seconds per unit, suitable for mass production of steering system suppliers, improving vehicle anti-theft performance.
