Automotive exterior side mirror turn signals ensure driving safety, requiring high light transmittance, weather resistance, and hermetic sealing, protecting internal LED lamp beads from dust and moisture. Traditional hot plate welding causes material yellowing and deformation, while ultrasonic welding leaves visible weld lines, affecting light output. DaokeDao laser welding is optimized for PC and PMMA transparent materials, achieving invisible, seamless welds with light transmittance ≥93%, no yellowing or deformation. The weld meets IP67 protection grade, blocking rainwater and dust, ensuring stable light output in harsh environments. The non-contact process does not damage internal lamp beads, ensuring long service life. The equipment supports small-sized housing welding, cycle time 7-10 seconds per unit, suitable for mass production of exterior mirror suppliers, improving turn signal performance and safety.
