Daokedao has developed a specialized melting fixture to address the complex surface melting problem of ball valves. This fixture adopts a four axis linkage design, combined with adaptive fixtures, and can clamp various specifications of ball valves from DN50 to DN500. By using an offline programming system, the optimal melting path is automatically generated to ensure the uniformity of spherical melting. The tooling also integrates a water cooling system to effectively control the temperature of the ball valve and avoid thermal deformation.
