Chassis stabilizer bar bushing housings reduce vehicle body roll during cornering, requiring high toughness, wear resistance, and anti-vibration performance, adapting to road vibration (10-2000Hz) and temperature changes. Traditional rubber bonding has poor durability, easy to separate from the housing, while mechanical clamping has gaps, leading to noise. DaokeDao laser welding realizes firm connection between bushing housings and rubber components, suitable for PP and TPE materials, forming a flexible and tough weld, with shear strength ≥16MPa, not easy to separate during vehicle operation. The non-contact process avoids damage to the rubber bushing, maintaining its shock absorption performance. The weld has good wear resistance, withstanding long-term friction without cracking, suitable for mass production of chassis component suppliers, improving vehicle handling stability and ride comfort.
