Mold ejector pins are prone to surface wear and bending due to frequent reciprocating movement during injection molding, leading to mold jamming. Daokedao Laser Cladding equipment uses ultra-fine tungsten alloy powder. The cladding layer hardness reaches HRC 65-68, wear resistance is improved by 7 times, and the cladding layer has a uniform thickness (adjustable from 0.1mm to 0.5mm), without affecting the original dimensional accuracy of the ejector pin. The equipment supports batch ejector pin repair, processing 50 pins at a time, with a cladding efficiency of 100cm²/h. The repair time of a single ejector pin is only 15 minutes, and the service life of the repaired ejector pin is extended to 4 times the original, helping injection molding enterprises reduce mold maintenance times and improve production efficiency.
