The cooling water channel and heating hole of the mold are corroded or blocked, resulting in uneven temperature control and shrinkage marks and deformation of the product. Daokedao adopts corrosion-resistant alloy cladding technology, and the coating on the inner wall of the cooling water channel is corrosion-resistant for up to 6000 hours, with a zero blockage rate and a water temperature fluctuation error of ≤± 1 ℃. Accurate melting is applied to the worn area of the heating hole to ensure uniform heating, and the temperature difference on the mold surface is reduced from ± 5 ℃ to ± 1.5 ℃. The equipment is equipped with a high-pressure flushing+cladding composite process, which first cleans the waterway blockage and then repairs it. The repair of the Φ 10- Φ 30mm waterway only takes 3 hours. After repair, the shrinkage rate of the product decreased from 8% to 1.2%, and the deformation was reduced by 70%. It is suitable for high-precision injection molding and die-casting mold temperature control system maintenance.
