Medical syringe plungers ensure precise drug delivery and prevent fluid leakage, requiring biocompatibility, smooth movement, and leak-proof seals. These plungers are made of medical-grade plastics like PP and TPE, demanding a welding process that does not damage the plunger’s sealing surface. Traditional welding methods may create burrs or deform the plunger, leading to leakage or difficult movement. DaokeDao plastic laser welding produces smooth, burr-free welds (surface roughness Ra ≤0.4μm) that maintain the plunger’s sealing performance. The non-contact process avoids material deformation, ensuring smooth movement (friction coefficient ≤0.2). It forms a biocompatible bond (ISO 10993) that prevents chemical leaching into drugs. Our systems feature micron-level positioning accuracy (±0.005mm) to ensure precise weld placement, supporting high-volume production (up to 200 units/hour).
