Oxygen concentrators extract oxygen from air, providing life-sustaining oxygen to patients with respiratory conditions. These components (such as filter housings, valve bodies, and flow meters) require airtight sealing, chemical resistance, and durability. Traditional welding methods may generate particles that contaminate oxygen flow, while adhesive bonding may fail under long-term use. DaokeDao plastic laser welding creates particle-free, airtight welds (leakage rate ≤0.01m³/h) for oxygen concentrator components made of medical-grade PP and PC. The non-contact process ensures clean oxygen flow, maintaining air quality (particle count ≤10 particles/m³ for ≥0.5μm particles). It forms a strong bond (shear strength ≥18MPa) that withstands oxygen exposure and temperature changes (0-60°C). Our systems are cleanroom-compatible and support high-volume production (up to 75 units/hour), complying with ISO 13485 and FDA standards. By improving component reliability, DaokeDao laser welding helps medical device manufacturers enhance oxygen concentrator performance and patient safety.
