Laser Welding for Automotive Brake Fluid Reservoir Components

Brake fluid reservoirs store brake fluid, ensuring consistent brake performance and safety. These components are exposed to high pressure (up to 8 bar), temperature changes (-40°C to 120°C), and brake fluid corrosion. Traditional assembly methods like mechanical fastening may loosen due to vibration, leading to brake fluid leakage and system failure. DaokeDao plastic laser welding creates leak-proof, chemical-resistant welds for reservoir components made of PP and PA. The non-contact process generates no burrs or debris that could clog brake fluid channels, ensuring smooth fluid flow (flow resistance ≤5%). It achieves IP67 hermetic sealing, preventing brake fluid leakage and moisture intrusion. The heat-affected zone is limited to ≤0.4mm, maintaining the reservoir’s dimensional accuracy (tolerance ≤±0.03mm). Our systems support high-volume production (up to 95 units/hour) with real-time leak testing, complying with automotive safety standards. By ensuring brake fluid reservoir reliability, DaokeDao laser welding helps automakers enhance braking safety and reduce warranty claims.
