Steering angle sensors provide critical data to ADAS and ESC systems, measuring steering wheel position and rotation speed to ensure vehicle stability. These sensors require ultra-high precision (measurement accuracy ≤±0.1°) and reliability, as even minor errors can affect vehicle control. Traditional welding methods may introduce vibration or thermal deformation that misaligns internal components, leading to inaccurate readings. DaokeDao laser welding offers a vibration-free, low-thermal-impact process with micron-level positioning accuracy (±0.005mm). It forms a high-strength weld (tensile strength ≥28MPa) for sensor housings made of PC and PA, maintaining dimensional accuracy (tolerance ≤±0.01mm). The hermetic seal (IP66 rating) protects internal components from moisture and dust, ensuring stable performance in harsh environments. Our systems integrate vision alignment technology to ensure precise component alignment, supporting fast cycle times (8-12 seconds per unit). With full process traceability, DaokeDao laser welding helps automotive suppliers meet the strict quality requirements of ADAS systems and improve vehicle safety.
