Exhaust gas sensors (such as O2 sensors and NOx sensors) monitor exhaust emissions, helping vehicles comply with strict environmental regulations. These sensors operate in extreme high-temperature environments (up to 180°C) and are exposed to corrosive exhaust gases, moisture, and vibration. Traditional welding methods like resistance welding introduce excessive heat that damages sensor elements, while adhesive bonding cannot withstand high temperatures. DaokeDao plastic laser welding provides a high-temperature-resistant joining solution for sensor housings made of PPS and PEI. The laser energy is precisely focused to create a molecular bond with excellent heat resistance (continuous operation at 150°C) and chemical resistance to exhaust gases.
