EV battery module spacers separate individual battery cells, ensuring uniform heat distribution and preventing short circuits, requiring high flame retardancy, insulation, and structural stability. Traditional mechanical fastening has gaps, leading to uneven heat dissipation and cell collision, while adhesive bonding degrades under high temperatures. DaokeDao plastic laser welding provides a reliable joining solution for flame-retardant PP and PA66-GF spacers, complying with UL94 V-0 flame retardant standards and EV battery safety regulations. The laser achieves ±0.008mm positioning accuracy, forming a dense, continuous weld with tensile strength ≥22MPa, ensuring no deformation under battery expansion pressure. The heat-affected zone ≤0.25mm, maintaining insulation performance (insulation resistance ≥10¹²Ω) and avoiding cell damage. The equipment supports automated multi-point welding, production capacity 80 pieces per hour, full parameter traceability, helping battery manufacturers improve battery module safety and thermal management efficiency.
