Laboratory ELISA plate holders require stable welding to secure plates during assays. Traditional holders have loose welds, causing plate movement and inaccurate results. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment optimizes holder manufacturing. The equipment forms strong welds with a load-bearing capacity ≥3kg, ensuring plate stability during washing and incubation. Suitable for PP and PC materials, the welds are sterile (ISO 13485 compliant) and smooth, avoiding plate scratches. No dead corners facilitate thorough cleaning. It supports 96/384-well plates with a welding speed of 3 holders per second. The automated operation improves batch consistency. The welds resist ELISA reagents and disinfectants.
