Automotive EV battery pack ventilation valves require pressure-balanced and leak-proof welding to regulate internal pressure while preventing coolant leakage. Traditional valves leak and fail to balance pressure, endangering battery safety. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment ensures valve reliability. Suitable for modified PP and PPS materials, the welds form a secure seal with a helium leak rate ≤1×10⁻⁸ mbar·L/s, while maintaining pressure balance (0.02-0.05MPa). The low-heat process avoids damaging the valve’s pressure-sensitive membrane. The welds withstand -40°C to 120°C, adapting to battery operating temperatures. Compliant with IEC 62133 standards, it integrates into automated battery assembly lines with a welding speed of 3 valves per second. It supports different valve designs for pouch and prismatic battery packs, with quick parameter adjustment. The welds resist electrolyte corrosion, ensuring long-term durability.
