Medical disposable endotracheal tube cuffs require leak-proof and biocompatible welding to ensure mechanical ventilation safety. Traditional cuffs leak and cause tissue irritation, endangering patients. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment secures cuff integrity. The equipment forms hermetic welds with a water leakage rate of 0ml/min under 0.3MPa pressure, meeting ISO 13485 standards. Suitable for medical-grade PVC and silicone, the welds are biocompatible (ISO 10993), avoiding tracheal irritation. The low-heat process maintains cuff flexibility. It supports different tube sizes (3.5-10mm ID) with a welding speed of 5 tubes per second. The automated operation reduces manual contact, lowering contamination risks.
